Hallmark Property, project managed a team of local businesses, suppliers and trades all providing their time pro-bono and goods at cost to develop four gated villas to be sold with the proceeds going to Teen challenge.

Situated in Toowoomba's East close to CBD and all medical facilities, these three bedroom villas were developed to fill a market for modern architect designed and easily maintained residences.

Thirteen Terrace Designed homes were developed on the Heritage listed Toowoomba Womans Goal site. Working with archaeologists and council heritage personnel the project was recognised for its sympathetic site utilisation, landscaping and design.
