Hallmark Property was founded by Ian Knox, who continues to guide and mentor the team in his role as CEO with his wealth of knowledge in the industry. Ian’s long and successful career began as a fuel distributor and service station proprietor more than 40 years ago, before his passion and commitment led him to the development of residential and commercial sites and land subdivision.

Murray Neumann

Murray Neumann, has 38 years’ continuous experience within the private & public sectors of the construction industry with an array of experience in land and property development along with Infrastructure design and delivery. Murray is tasked with the role of managing the efficient delivery of projects and draws upon his high level of knowledge, skills, and a proven history of on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery.

Marie Philips

Marie Philips, has supported Ian from the very beginning of the journey in her role as Chief Financial Officer for the company. Marie’s meticulous attention to detail and strong focus on compliance is integral to the success of each project.

Linda Eiser

Linda Eiser, in her role as Finance and Commercial Manager, draws on her strong accounting background and almost two decades of experience in commercial property management, to ensure exceptional asset and client relationship management.
