Fernleigh
Fernleigh Westbrook is the vision for a master planned community designed to embrace a lifestyle that is beautiful, contemporary and sustainable. A place to live close to all the conveniences a city offers, but with the space to move, play and explore, the site is located just 8km from Toowoomba’s CBD.
Fernleigh Westbrook is designed to deliver 1500 residential lots and a Westbrook town centre comprising 10 ha of commercial area that includes supermarkets, retail and civic centres.
St Francis Catholic College, adjacent to Fernleigh, has begun construction and is currently taking enrolments for 2027.
